Our business plans are effective because it is built in consultation with all the relevant stakeholders, allowing all voices to be heard. All potential risks and threats are identified and where possible eliminated, mitigated or converted to opportunities, ensuring a very flexible and agile approach.
The process starts with an initial consultation to assess the request being made for a product or service. A proposal and quotation is then provided. Once accepted by the client/customer, then they generate either a purchase order or service order to Aquarius, authorizing us to proceed with our providers/consultants to either supply the product ordered or engage the client/customer is delivering the service requested.
Product & Service Order information is entered into our customer/client database and feedback is requested on the product or service supplied. The Client Relationship & Aftermarket services manager communicates with all customers/clients in the database on a monthly or quarterly basis to help strengthen our brand awareness and generate repeat business while working to improve new business development.
The heart of Aquarius centres on the service that we provide to our clients and customers. The cost of our service is therefore not refundable. For products and equipment that are provided through us by our strategic alliances and partnerships, refund requests would be governed by their separate refund policies.
